Calvin

In 1978 calvin was, with friends, a small part of the Chicago area Punk and New Wave movement. While kids in London, Dublin and their surrounding geography struggled with unparalleled unemployment, staggering recession, population overload, and social unrest, kids in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, and most urban settings of the US looked down the barrel of a future full of TV promises, commercial goose-stepping, and blind-man races.

It all seemed a bit sweaty.

In 1979 calvin started making the band.
